Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged postal entries.

To enter, participants must correctly answer a question or complete a task designed to demonstrate

Winners will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries.
The draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection process, which may include
independently verifiable software or independent supervision.
The draw may be conducted live or recorded for transparency. Details of the draw process may be
made available upon request.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all contact details provided are accurate and up
to date.

Prizes are as described on the relevant competition page.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless expressly stated.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
9. Unfulfilled or Undersubscribed Competitions
If a competition does not reach a sufficient number of entries, the Promoter reserves the right to
extend the closing date, offer an alternative prize, or issue a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Any such changes will be communicated clearly to entrants.

Details of any donations may be published following the conclusion of the competition.
11. Publicity
By entering, winners agree to the use of their name and general location for promotional purposes,
unless prohibited by law.
In accordance with regulatory requirements, the surname and county of major prize winners may be

however the Promoter may still be required to provide this information to relevant regulatory
authorities.
